However, I need to improve my team building skills by assigning appropriate work to the members. I have learned many things about leadership in my lectures and personal experience. I have developed propensity to take control of situations. I prefer to take an organized approach to solve problems. I prefer to interact with others and collaborate using different perspectives (Johansen, 2012). I possess assertiveness that allows me to be positive and direct with the individuals.
